2. Conduct A Discovery Meeting
To learn about business structure, goals, define time frames, and direction. We take the time to get to know your business before we make any suggestions.
3. Conduct Audit
Look at current processes, personnel, packaging, and warehousing to gauge current usage of equipment & automation, Throughput efficiency, ergonomics, logistics, labor organization & support, design and material improvements or alternatives, environmental impacts, space savings, & layout effectiveness.
4. Compile Our Findings
We will build a before and after perspective, illustrate savings through each measure, & summarize with an ROI
5. Findings Report Meeting
We will go over the data we collected & answer questions about the implementation of our findings.
